Small jobs welcome

"We are very happy with the work Joan and his Father did for us. A 20x18 patio out of pavers at an extremely reasonable price. The quality of work was great. Very informative and very efficient. I asked them to give me a quote for additional future project that will be scheduled soon. I highly recommend them."

"I cannot believe I am writing this review 3 days after posting. Adrian came over on the weekend to view the project, and then got right to work. He matched my difficult stucco perfectly, made helpful suggestions, and left an immaculate work site. I would hire him again anytime!"

"Highly recommend this company. Arthur, is terrific and will not leave a job site until the customer is satisfied. His company has sided my whole house and returned a few years later for repair work recently. He is also reliable and if he says he will do something, you can count on it. I would highly recommend. "This is the second time we have had Artur back for another project. He always does an amazing job. He is timely, efficient, neat and works for perfection. He constructed a retaining wall the length of our yard and built a fire pit on our patio. We love his work and would highly recommend him for stone work."

"What an incredible experience. Contacted them for siding consult, Chris from sales was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Gave us great recommendations for the design. We signed up and wow the siding was here in less than 10 days. The installers, Led by Daniel were incredible. They were courteous, friendly, neat and they were fast! You could see pride of work as they were doing the project. They were also on time each day, were there when they said they would be. AJ our project manager was awesome as well..Communicated frequently so we always knew what to expect. We are thrilled with our new home, siding is beautiful, this team is stellar! If we could give a 100 rating we would!"

"They did the job very nicely. They coordinated it very well. I thought their price was fair; at the lower end of what I thought was the spectrum. There was a lot of give and take, back and forth. They were very good. i did not shop around. There was an online price of what the range was. There was no alteration of the opening, I had measured it carefully. He had all the parts he needed right there. He was also very helpful in other ways. It ended up that I had him do a re-stringing of a Venetian blind. That was at a very good price. I actually called him for something else as wellI have a Bosch ceramic top stove, that has a pop-up fan, that comes up about 7-8 inches I think that it's not working correctly, so I called that same person. On time, coordinated. He was sort of folksy but, that was fine. He doesn't have to be stiff."

Stucco questions, answered by experts

Stucco will dry in two to three days, but you should wait one to two months to allow it to cure fully before you paint it. The curing process is slow, but leaving the material exposed to air and natural moisture will help it reach its maximum strength. If you live in a hot, arid climate, wait a month before painting. Wait two months before painting if you live in a more moderate or wet climate.

Yes, professionals can color-match new or repaired stucco to existing finishes to ensure a seamless and uniform appearance. While most providers offer this service, it is recommended to confirm with them beforehand.

Hiring a professional for stucco repair ensures accurate diagnosis and application of appropriate techniques to prevent further damage. They deliver seamless results that maintain aesthetic appeal and prolong the exterior’s life.

Quikrete will set without mixing. The process of pouring dry concrete into your concrete form and then adding water is called dry pouring. While this method makes pouring concrete simpler and easier, it reduces its strength and durability. It can be a viable option for small, decorative concrete pavers for walkways or for setting fence posts, but it’s not ideal for pouring slabs that will bear any significant amount of weight.

The average cost to repair stucco is about $1,600, with projects ranging from $250 for minor fixes to $6,700 for extensive work. The price is often calculated per square foot, typically costing between $60 and $120. Some professionals may charge an hourly rate of $40 to $50. The final cost depends on the extent of the damage, the type of stucco, your home's location, and whether there is underlying damage that also needs to be addressed.

Costs for specific repairs vary:

  • Cracks: $8–$20 per square foot

  • Holes: $250–$450 per hole

  • Water damage: $30–$50 per square foot

  • Chimney repair: $60–$120 per square foot

  • Recoating: $4–$5 per square foot

While you may be able to patch small cracks yourself, it is recommended to call a professional for major repairs to ensure the job is done correctly.
