"We hired American Oak to sand and refinish the hardwood floors in our home and we`re very happy with how they turned out. Our floors were scratched, dull, and had a few dark spots. They walked us through the process, helped us choose the finish, and gave us a clear estimate upfront. I want to mention that we had two massive pet stains (left by the previous owners) by the entrance and in the dining room. but Marcos sanded them away brilliantly. There's no sign they were ever there. This company is so honest and fairly priced. Marcos didn't charge me extra for anything! They detailed all costs (we chose the more expensive Bona water based poly)--and I am one extremely happy and satisfied customer! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Communication was a breeze.
