Customers say: Super punctual

"Nick came to do chimney sweep but noted that cleaning not needed and reduced charge to just inspection. Inspection found several issues that were documented by photos on his phone. Hired him to do corrections and found him to be forthright, efficient, and thorough. He showed results of work on photos. Felt job was well done and would rehire in future without reservation"

"Very prompt and communicative about what needed to be repaired and done. My chimney burned hotter and cleaner when Saul left. The pricing was a little steep for dilutive services that he said needed to be done but the chimney sweep was reasonable and he did a great job. Would highly recommend."

Chimney Sweep questions, answered by experts

DIY is not recommended due to the complexity and potential structural issues. Hire professionals for thorough and safe repairs.

Yes, a seller is legally required to disclose any known fire damage when selling a house, including damages that were repaired. That includes damages to structural components and all major systems, as well as water damage, chemical damage, and smoke damage related to the fire. Sellers use a property disclosure statement, which is regulated by each state individually, to disclose fire damage.

Professionals remove soot, restore structural integrity, and eliminate smoke odors safely.

If your oven is new, then it’s likely that the oven smoking is due to it being a new unit. In this case, you don’t need to worry about the oven smoking. However, if your oven is old, you can’t identify any burnt food or grease that could be behind the smoking, or you have concerns about the heating element, then you should hire an oven technician to inspect your unit.

The most common causes of kitchen fires are leaving cooking food unattended, frying food with excessive amounts of oil, and leaving flammable objects near the stovetop.
