Our hot water heater was leaking onto the floor and water was only getting warm. He found the problem fast and installed new elements / thermostats in the upper / lower panels on our 50 gallon tank .He checked our whole system and tested it. We were pretty desperate by then having gone a whole week without a working toilet because we had to wait for a paycheck to come in before we could hire someone.
