His quote was far below quotes by other contractors (normally a warning sign), but he clearly knew his stuff and my confidence in him was well-founded. I changed several details as the project went on, and Adie was happy to work with me and make any adjustments. There were delays caused by tile suppliers, but Adie worked to find other sources, and rearranged other commitments to make sure our project was completed as soon as possible. My only constructive criticism is that the quote was not itemized (which was ok for me at the time), but that caused an underestimated cost of the glass enclosure to go unnoticed in the budget until the end of the project. We’d made many changes over the course of the project, so were not unprepared for the higher cost of the glass, but I’d have known sooner if the budget had been itemized. Overall a great experience though and I would use East Bay again in a heartbeat!"

He, along with his excellent team of Juan and Jason , were dilligent in their work and careful to make every paint stroke or mitre cut create a perfect look. The team even put in extra time and did extra work(free of charge) fixing the dents in my entry door, painting the door and replacing the door knobs . They even hung my bathroom mirror without me asking them.Erick is a very nice person, intent on making the homeowner joyful over his work and extremely satisfied about the price charged and the overall outcome. He literally aims to please in every aspect of the project and did so in my case. "I made the mistake of buying a newly constructed home from PSK Builders. Paul Klaurer walked away from the project when he ran out of money - when the house was still incomplete. This despite the fact we had a cost plus contract - meaning he couldn't prove he spent the funds he said he did on the house. After I spent a huge amount to finish, Paul then decided he wanted to terminate the contract and sell the house for more to someone else. He is so dumb, he thought I'd agree to waste two years of my life and recover only my deposit. He thought he could get away with stealing the lighting fixtures, fireplace, tub, siding, septic, water systems that I paid for. He actually got angry when I refused. PSK builders lie, cut every single corner possible with absolutely no humanity shown his clients. The work done was terrible. The fireplace was damaged extensively. The master shower was tiled by a laborer. Paul will hide his substandard work and try to get away with everything he can. "
