The father/son team of Dale and Justin did an excellent job of taking care of all of my plumbing problems. They are friendly experts who understand the science and art of their craft and who care deeply about doing a good job for their customers. They responded back quickly when I left them a message and fit me into their schedule within 2 days of my call. They took care of all the tasks I asked to be completed and finished the work efficiently and at a reasonable cost. They have done other plumbing work for me in the past few years, and I am happy to highly recommend them to others.

I would give them straight A's. They were great, they always are. I would them again, absolutely.

It went great. Problem was fixed quickly and for a lot less money than we had anticipated. Additionally, he plugged an opening in the concrete surrounding our outdoor water pipe--for free! Felt very comfortable having the owner and his assistant in my home. Have used them once before on recommendation of our neighbor. Will definitely use them again. BTW, we have a very friendly dog--no problem.

My experience with them went very well. They were punctual and very professional. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I didn't get multiple estimates to compare their price. I had no complaints about their price.

The hole in the granite countertop had to be widened in order to fit the new sink. The plumber was able to accomplish all of the work. The work product itself was great. However, he left the job site early to take care of personal tasks and did not come back that day. He left us with an inoperable, messy kitchen for the evening. He came back the following morning and finished up his work. When I asked for an itemized bill of the contracted work, he said he would send it in the next week. I never received the bill and upon repeatedly calling the office and requesting my itemized bill, they refused to send one. |This presents the futures issue of not covering a warranty if a problem were to arrise in the future over the work that was performed.

Provider was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained the immediate problem well and helped us think through some longer-term changes we might want to make to the plumbing in this 50-year old house. He did quick work on the basic plumbing problem we were having and I was pleased with the level of detail he gave us on that problem and other features of the plumbing in our house.
I tend to think all plumbing is too expensive but the price seemed fair for the job. We will definitely use this company again.

This family-owned company provided excellent service at a more-than-fair price. They were punctual, clean, they knew what they were doing and the work was beautiful - even when it would be be covered up by wallboard, it was art. I had them install my gas dryer, and they did such a great job, I had them put in my hot water heater, gas fireplace, all the plumbing in my new bathroom and my new kitchen. Everything they did was exceptional, and they gave me excellent advice on fixtures and everything I had to buy. And when I checked on the internet, everything they told me was spot-on correct. I would recommend Dale and Waterworks Plumbing for any gas or plumbing job.

They arrived at the appointed time, wore shoe covers in the house, were very helpful to us about choosing a new shower faucet, were efficient and their work has proven to be very good. We are calling them back to replace a toilet.

They do excellent work and very professional work. In the last case the responded in an emergency situation on the weekend.

They are a great company, they are a family owned company. They are on time, they put sleepers on before they come into your house. They show you ID. They provide estimate, clean up after themselves and are very polite.
