Installed tried to cancel day of delivery. Company sent one guy. I had to move furniture when I paid for the company to do it. Installer broke air conditioner. Ran out of material and did not come back for a month to complete job. No compensation for what was broke. Made promises then never followed up.

It wasn't their fault, it was a bad dishwasher. They didn't charge the second time they came out.

It's more impervious to water than regular flooring. They would glue it together and it was impervious to water but now they don't do that. It's not installed yet but we just purchased that. It was fine. Evidently enough, the contractors that they use switch out but not for long. It would be nice to have a more consistent use of contract people who do installations for them.

It has been good. There's varying degrees of people who work there. Some people are very knowledgeable and some people are not so knowledgeable. It depends on who you get in terms of asking detailed questions. In general, they've always been friendly and they try to be helpful. Some products are really good and some aren't. When you ask for somebody who's particularly knowledgeable, they should have somebody around. It really does depend on the time of day that you go in there. If you're asking questions about how to approach something. they don't necessarily have anyone on hand to be able to do that. That would be more helpful.

Installation went very smoothly. Everything occurred without any problems. They were very professional and punctual. I am very pleased with the end product and the look of the new countertops. Looking to hire them to do my backsplash as well.

It was a nightmare right from the sales contract. We didn't cancel it because we did not know where else to go and at least Home Depot would still be around if there was a problem. The salesman called a day after we signed saying that the shingles we picked out were mistakenly added to the display he brought. When we told him that we would not pay $400.00 for a slight blue tint, he brought a new contract for grey shingles. My husband signed w/o reading because he thought the contract was the same. They had changed it! I called and made the salesman rewrite the original contract and come back again. We were told they would be working for 2 - 3 days during working hours. These guys showed up at 7 AM and were still banging on the roof at 9 PM at night. Not one of them spoke English. They had to ask me for things with sign language, like move my car and where are the electrical outlets. When I tried to ask them specifics about the job-no one could talk to me. They were nice, but absolutely no communication. I had to receive calls from a manager that was on another job. The Manager called to tell me that the flashing on the chimney that was included in the contract would be an additional $400.00 while the guys were still on the roof! I told them "NO" that was specifically stated on the contract. The Mgr told me he had a copy of the second contract and it was not on there-he couldn't guarantee the price. Then, an hour later the Mgr called again and told me it would be an additional $400.00 because there was an undisclosed second layer of shingles on the roof. I told him that was nonsense because we are the only owners of the house and the roof had never been replaced. Funny how that $400.00 additional kept coming up. The salesman had told us they could put a cap on the roof that we supplied while they were up there but the workers refused because it was not specifically stated on the contract. The roof was finished in one day and our son's baseball team had their season ending party with lots of loud bangs and 9 Colombians who didn't speak English laying all over the yard for their breaks. I do not blame them for the sheer aggravation and unprofessional-ism of this job, I blame Home Depot. The roof has held up and looks nice, but I have not even walked into that store again.

Someone had ordered one and didn't pick it up, so I bought it.
