"our roof starting leaking very bad after the recent Ice and snow storm we had in NJ , Overstate was quick and came to my house within less then an hour . They found the leak in less then 10 minutes , scheduled the work to be open on the following day and fixed the leak . I will definitely hire them to come and do my full roof in the summer . For small repairs, either product can be suitable. However, you can use joint compound for small jobs in place of spackle, but you cannot use spackle for large-scale taping and mudding projects.
