When the technician came to do the repair it took longer than he expected to find the problem, but he explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He made the repair and everything appeared to be working, but after he left, I discovered a hum on the line. I called customer service and since the technician was still in the area, he was able to come back within an hour and fixed the hum in 10 minutes. Everything is working great now."
