Charlie went beyond by driving some of our equipment to Comcast for an upgrade. He also called a couple of days later to see if we were visited by Infinity to replace a piece of equipment. I would hire him unhesitatingly.

At least one of the people who came to my house knew how to fix my small laptop computer I store lots of photos on. He was very competent. The first person who came to my house was not competent at all. Because he was used to repairing newer computers, he had no clue as to what needed to be done.

Charlie did not fix my problem and really did not know what to do. spent most of the 2 hours on the telephone with Xfinity.

"Homeowner had already attempted to fix problem herself. I worked with Xfinity advanced phone support trying to resolve the remote units' failure to communicate with the WIFI router. Xfinity agreed to send a team to figure what was the problem. According to Valerie when I gave her a follow-up call, Xfinity was on site multiple times, finally resolving the problem. She should not have blamed me for Xfinity's equipment problems. - Charlie Delinks"

Repair and upgrade, great job. Professional and reasonable. Charlie fixed the problems. Even after we agreed and paid for service rendered, Charlie spotted issue and spent almost two more hours correcting, with no additional cost. Charlie fixed my Dell laptop and even added more memory for me. From the very first meeting with him he was very professional . He listened to all my problems and worked hard to repair them. He went over and above to get my laptop working better than before. I highly recommend him for any computer problems anyone might have. He will work until your problems are gone.

He was here for such a long time because I had 2 PCs and he had all the patience in the world. He was excellent in fact better than excellent. he was the greatest in every way from beginning to end. i will only use him He really knows his stuff. he knew what had to be done and he left me with 2 working PCs. Yesss i would highly recommend him. I love the fact he can even tied in to my PC thru his PC in case its a fix other than replacing a hard drive.

Charlie at Caliber Computing was wonderful! He was honest about the problem I was having with my old computer, took everything off my old computer and put it on my new one. He even set it up and showed me how to take care of my new lap top. He was fast and gave me a very reasonable price!! I highly recommend Caliber Computing!
