We are brothers, Vic & Cesar, who run and operate All Purpose Steamers LLC, a carpet and upholstery cleaning business. Since we use exceptional and powerful equipment, we restore carpets to look like new again. We are here to provide you with professional and satisfying services such as : new tile installations, kitchen backsplash,repairs, re-grouting, tub re-caulking, mildew control, and cleaning. If you live in Connecticut and have a shower leak or problems with the grout and caulk joints of your tile make sure you schedule your free inspection by contacting us today. Cost is determined by the job.

"I didn't know Billy would use a grout that absorbs wayer when I hired him. I called him and asked if he would come back and seal it at no extra charge. He didn't agree to that. He said it will only absorb 5% of the water and it's anti microbial. 5% of a 7-10 minute shower is a lot of water. Also, what's behind the grout is not anti microbial. I'm dissatisfied with the work. He shoukd have told me what he was going to use so I could have made an informed decision. He should have used an epoxy grout."

Highly competent from the framing down to the last details of trim work, it was all very well executed. There were a number of utilities in the space requiring access post remodel. The design was well thought out and aesthetically pleasing to the point they look like design features! The rest blends seamlessly into the space. The sliding glass door that replaced the garage door looks like it was there from the beginning, and the exterior trim blends perfectly with the house, with the added benefit of being waterproof. The communication was great all the way through the project, from start to finish. I would absolutely use them for any future remodel!"

I'm the person who does all the estimates. You’re never dealing with different people. I do most of all the work myself, which I prefer. I do have sub-contractors from time to time, all with many years of experience, all insured. When a contract is signed I have three payments (State of Connecticut recommends) 1st payment when contract is signed, 2nd payment half way thru job, 3rd payment when job is completed. This gives you piece of mind. My company also offers all types of WOOD SIDING repairs and installation along with specialty services for UNIQUE COPPER GUTTER SYSTEMS.
