"All of the people I dealt with at A.D.B. were very professional. The only issue was when I asked for references. The woman I spoke to said she would contact prior clients to make sure I could contact them. A week and a half later I was told that they do not give out clients names. If I was told that originally, I could have had the work started sooner. But the workers were quite knowledgeable. And answered all of the questions that I had. One reason I hired them is because their license is with the DEEP. The other estimates I received, those companies had licenses with the state as plumbers. I just felt that they may have had more knowledge on how to tackle the job. And another bonus is that the contract includes a one year guarantee. Not that expect I will need to call them back but it is good peace of mind. Overall, a great experience."

"I was in desperate need of a plumber. I was doing a DIY remodel and had a strict deadline. Demo was done and I got to a point where I was not experienced or confident enough to do. Mike should up the next morning and layed new pipes for shower and hooked up new shower pan and drain within 3 or so hrs. I was thrilled! He saved me and I'm able to finish on time! Wife is happy. "Williams & Associates installed a Buderus oil-fired boiler and stainless-steel chimney liner. Bruce's design was a significant upgrade over my 35-year-old boiler system. He clearly explained the process and installation, and he was receptive to my questions. Bruce is knowledgeable, straightforward, and responsive. "They cut out the old dry wall, removed any and all mold, then replaced the dry wall, placed a tub and shower unit, they had their plumber come in and adjust our piping and install our new shower head and tub faucet all within 6-7 hrs. The installers were very nice, respectful, polite young men-- I would 10/10 recommend this company!!"
