"True Professionalism and Determination!! My local plumber did not feel he had proper equipment to snake the main septic line from house. Worried about baffles. Diagnosed the problem as a â soft blockageâ in the main septic line between house and tank. This was the cause of the washing machine stand pipe overflowing with water during drain cycle Septic company recommended Ace Electric Sewer. Paul came out with an assistant and dug up the septic cover to try to snake the blockage with a special blade on the end of the snake. That got some movement of water but not enough Water blasted the line from basement side clean out port which sits above the sump pump hole. That finished the job and water was flowing again. Considered a â sludge blockageâ which was probably due to age of house. Never had seen this type of service performed before, but it was truly needed at the end of June 2023 Not the easiest project, fair price, will definitely hire again if needed"

I shared a picture of the huge rock we shipped to their landscaper of their new home in Washington NC, (Pops said if you found a rock you had to report it) we drove down and decorated it with red ribbon and greenery then drove them to the landscapers. "It went very well. They were the first and only plumbers to respond to the project. It was just before the 4th of July and the appointment was made for Tuesday the 6th. I was called that morning by them to see if they could come earlier because they had finish the job before me. I said yes and they arrived 20 min ahead of time. First thing that was done was examining what I had purchased. When that was okay the old toilet was removed. The flange needed to be replaced. I had figured that since the toilet was very loose on the floor. We discussed options and possible problems with each step. I was quoted a range of cost above the quote of project. It seemed very reasonable. When it was done the low numbers of both quotes were used and I was charged $529 which word for me. All trash was removed and the area was left very clean. We were able to discuss next steps I was thinking of for that bathroom. I was giving some very good advice. Excellent work! I recommend them and I will used them again when they he time comes"
