"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

At a time when it’s difficult to find contractors who do what they say they’ll do, Norbert stands out… he and his crew are a joy rather than the typical headache! And their work—it’s just beautiful. Referred to us by a trusted friend (who also has a review here), we saw the quality of his work and hired them for a shed foundation with paver trim. We were so happy we hired him again to redesign our house’s front entry stairs, and stamp our front walkway, driveway lamp posts, and house foundation. It came out better than we could have hoped and enhanced the curb appeal of our house tremendously. Next, we wanted to raise a stone wall to help hide a home generator we had installed. This is where Norbert really excelled. He knew that we needed to reinforce the wall to support the generator… and he was right!
