"When I called the mold company for my lab results. They gave me a person named Ricardo Echeverria, Senior Mold Analyst to call for the results. He verbally told me that the cause was something like a remodel, construction going on. There was a red flag for a VOC called Methylene Chloride--Banned outdated paint. I sent Ricardo and email asking if I can have a report of what he said in writing. I only received a contaminants list. I said, I am not a scientist and do not understand the lab results.I never received a response back from him. I called Jeremiah Bancroft a few times and asked for a written explanation of the causes. He could not supply me with a written explanation because it was a legal issue. I asked for his help. I need your help. Jeremiah said, go to your primary care for a doctors note. That was the last time I spoke to him on September 19, 2024"

"The job at my condo in Canton was for mold removal remediation. Dylan Flores came to give me a quote. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The quote came through promptly and it was vey reasonable. I am extremely happy with the work that was done in my basement. I highly recommend Restopros. "

"Do not trust this company! you will be charged ridiculously high prices. The service person (mike) charged me @1630 for removing 200 Sq Ft of carpet. I was away and in a meeting when he provided me the estimate. I was in a hurry, and I didn't want to tenant to wait for me to call another company so I signed the estimate. When I was free later and reviewed the estimate and noticed the actual individual charges only totaled about $800 but in the total row it showed $1631. Clearly it was a malpractice of overcharging me. I called the company owner Cameron but he refused to solve this overcharging issue. His argument was that I agreed and signed the estimate. I wish I could attach the estimate here for viewers to see. the huge error in the estimate. it was supposedly to be a few hundred dollars small job (removing 200 sq ft of carpet), they made it to over $1600, outrageous! This is a greedy company!"

"If it would be possible I could give more than 5 stars. Jeff and Connie are very nice people and incredibly knowlegable specialists. They went above and beyond, conducting inspection of our house. I invited them because of presence of mold and odors. The house was thoroughly inspected not only for those problems we concerned of, but for all other possible hazards. Jeff and Connie spent as much time at our house as it was needed to complete all the aspects of required inspection. Each room, even every little space, furnace, AC unit, stove, refrigerator were inspected. Shortly after appointment I got detailed reports with photos and multiple very helpful recommendations. Now we know what exactly should be done in the house and outside in order to eliminate negative issues found by Jeff who is an expert in all aspects, related to different systems of house.
