"Perfect wall LLC service was amazing! They went over the job with me and explained everything and taught me a thing or 2 about insulation. After the job I went to look at the results and it was exactly how he explained it! They use measuring templates you can see the actual depth of the insulation in all parts of the attic which was awesome. The vent out the exterior wall was so perfect I couldn?t even find it unless I really looked. While a normal moisture level for drywall is between 5% and 12%, replacement is recommended if you get consistent readings above 17%. At this level, the drywall is likely too compromised by extensive moisture damage to be considered safe. You can replace either the entire sheet or just the affected section.
