"This was the worst experience i have ever had with a company. They came and damaged my house and kept us without AC for days. They admitted to the extensive damage and went weeks before attempting to repair it. The services were never fully completed and they were paid over 90% of the job. I disputed the last 10% and provided overwhelming evidence of their negligence. And after a year their last ditch effort was to send collections letters. Don't walk, RUN from this company. I will provide pics and my my experience to anyone who is planning on using this company. Used to be family owned and was amazing. Second they sold it went downhill fast."

"They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"

"Dreadful experience. We had been customers of Astacio since 2015 when they installed our first tankless boiler which failed completely after 7 years and needed to be replaced in late 2022. ($10,000+) Their second one just stopped working; a dodgy board? The part is under warranty but they want almost $1,000 to replace it in the boiler; probably less than 2 hours work. I thought they used to be a good local business with ties to the community but be careful; their tankless boilers are unreliable and they'll try to rip you off when your heat goes out in the winter. So much for standing by their work. I'll never use them again."

"We live in Gainesville, FL and are on Gainesville Regional Utilities. We were working on getting solar panels around the time GRU was lowering the limited coverage. Our paperwork was done and submitted to EnLight Energy before the April 2024 deadline. Fast forward. We start getting our electric bills, they were lower, so we didn't think to much about it. After a few months with the same price, much more than we estimated, we questioned it. We got ahold of GRU we discovered EnLight Energey FAILED to submit by the deadline even though they PROMISED us it was submitted in time. We contacted EnLight about this and of course they blame GRU and said no, they're lying, we submitted it on time. We're now halfway through December 2025, over a year later and they still haven't done ANYTHING. They are trying to avoid fixing their mistake that is going to cost us quite a bit over the years because THEY missed the deadline. We've given them a lot of time and a lot of chances, would NOT recommend."
