"I've got a 112 year old hose that is pretty solid, but it had a cracked floor joist and part of the flooring wasn't properly supported. I hired Kristian and his team to install a couple of lally columns to support a carrying beam and sister a couple of floor joists. Many contractors wouldn't even return my call because I wasn't looking to complete a huge remodel job, but Kristian came over, gave me a fair verbal estimate on the spot, and worked with me on timing to complete the project. Not only that, but the solution wasn't overly complicated. The job was straightforward, completed exactly as described in the time described, and there was no scope creep. If I ever have a larger need, they'll certainly be my first call. I would highly recommend K&X construction if you need any services that they offer."

"After reading the excellent reviews of Goodfellows Windows, I reached out to the company for a quote. Gary, the owner, came to my house and quoted an amazingly affordable figure. We decided to replace every window in the house including a large bay window. We also replaced a sliding glass door off of our family room, a outside door leading to our deck, and a front door unit consisting of a door and a glass window with internal shades. Because of Covid 19, our order took longer than projected. This was not the fault of Goodfellows. Our sliding door, deck door, and front door were put in first. The workers, Phil and Orlando took meticulous care to make sure everything fit perfectly. The windows finally arrived in early July and were installed over a three day period. There was a total of 28 windows. Some installation required extra work, but this was accomplished by the highly skilled team of Phil and Orlando. Gary was onsite during the entire procedure. I cannot overemphasize my satisfaction with the job performed. They even removed all my blinds and reinstalled them after the windows were put in.
