    What a pleasure to deal with this company! Responded quickly and professionally to my inquiry, quoted a price, set an appointment. Called to confirm day before. Arrived early, finished job promptly, explained a few issues with our gutters (house has a complicated hip roof). Right now rain is coming down in sheets BUT our gutters are draining properly! Now that I know how reasonable this is and that there’s a reliable company I can call, I’ll definitely do this whenever needed

    We just bought the home and knew the gutters had not been cleaned out in over 2 years. Mike showed up and was very informative and quickly went to work. Mike advised us the gutters were all clogged and he cleaned them out. A piece was broken and Mike fixed it back to health. Not knowing the conditions of the gutter Mike advised us they were fine and nothing else had to be done. I appreciated the honesty and knowledge that he brought. Definitely will use them again. PS not waiting over 2 years like the previous owner

    He came down and inspected the gutter guard to see if he could deal with it. He said he could and went up and found that screws had broken causing the gutter guard to break away. Some birds decided to build a nest there. He removed the nest and fixed the guard. I was very pleased.

    Didn't call and showed up 3 hours late. Assured us he could finish on time. As it got dark they packed up to leave. Left four nails sticking out of the side of the house. Clearly a hazard. And after explaining why the gutter spouts need to be 3 feet from the house he then made them 6" from the house. He told us we could buy rubber extensions. Why would I want to pay money for his shortcomings? It was getting dark and Raymond assured us he would return with downspout extensions and would pull the hazardous nails and spackle. Six weeks later nothing. He didn't finish the job. This happened 6 weeks ago and calling Raymond has made no difference. His bid was only slightly cheaper than Home Depot and they would have finished the job

    They not only did an excellent job of removing the old shingles and replacing with new ones but installed copper chimney flashing, zinc strips on every side of every roof peak to prevent mold and mildew growth on the shingles, installed additional roof peak vents and removed and replaced our gutter guards. They did all of this at the most reasonable price of the 3 roofers we had that quoted the work. A very hard working crew that spent 12 hours on the job the first day. Jose quoted the job as a 3 day job but the hard working crew finished all this in a day and a half. We looked at many of the references he provided us and could plainly see he did quality work, including a couple of million dollar homes. Would hire them again in a heartbeat

    I can't speak highly enough about this company. When I called to arrange an on site visit for an estimate, they showed up on time and listened to everything I had to say about the job. I was given a written quote on the spot (something I rarely see from contractors), so I offered them the job. To my surprise, he said he could get started the very next day (a Saturday) and that they would be able to finish the following Monday when the deck had dried off. They arrived to start the job when they said they would, and got to work right away. I was concerned I would need to move the stuff we have on the decks, but they told me they could simply move them to the side and then move them back when they were done. They did exactly that, and everything was put back to its original position when they were finished. They were power washing all day, and were very thorough. When they came back two days later, they again went to work right away rebuilding the stairs and water sealing the deck. The stairs look great! They even added a step so the bottom step could sit more securely on the concrete (it had been resting on a cinder block before being rebuilt). They advised to wait 1-2 days for the water sealer to dry before using the decks, we paid them, and they did a great job cleaning up when they left. I wish all contractors we hired were as efficient and straightforward as the people working at Melvin Power Wash. I will absolutely call on them again when my decks need maintenance, or if my house needs a wash
