"Called to schedule repair work and receptionist was very kind and professional. A few hours later, Jim who is a plumber called to let me know he was on the way. Within 20 minutes he was at my house. Jim was able to locate and repair a water leak and I found him to be very kind,easygoing and very professional. I have used this company for years and always have a fantastic experience. "When using the garbage disposal, the kitchen drain was backing up into the bathroom sink on the lower level of my split level house. Travis called me in route to my house to let me know he was on his way. He was courteous and worked quickly to resolve the problem within an hour. It cost me $285 but most importantly the problem is fixed and I have piece of mind."

"Mark from Water Heater Medic did an outstanding job. From the first phone call to determine the price to setting up my appointment to the actual installation, everything was terrific. After determinating that my water heater replacement/installation in the basement would not be a complicated one (e.g., no stairs, no tight spaces), he gave me a bit of a discount. The final price he quoted me was lower than everyone else. (I would say much lower because I don't want to give the impression that his price was suspiciously cheap in exchange for shoddy work. his work was in fact excellent and an outstanding value.) Setting the appointment was quick and painless. Mark worked around my busy schedule, which I very much appreciated. During the installation, Mark kept me informed of what he was doing. The whole process only took about an hour and he left my home just as clean as it was before he arrived. I will use Water Heater Medic for all of my future water heater needs and would definitely recommend them."
