He connected my old Bose turntable and Go Video VCR/DVD player to my Bose surround sound system (which was not working properly) and Sony HDTV. He was able to get rid of extra wiring, which I appreciated. Most importantly, he had me write down his clear and simple instructions for using the remotes. He watched and advised me as I practiced using the remotes to watch the TV, a VCR tape, a DVD, and listen to CDs AND my vinyl records, through the working surround sound system!
