"John was fantastic. We had a section of sewer pipe that was something called Orangeburg (glorified tar paper form WW2 war shortage era). It was falling apart and had serious roots in it. He took A LOT of time and care and was able to clear the roots mostly out without destroying the rotting pipe, to the point where it will be usable for a few more months. The pipe will need to be replaced, but John bought us A LOT of time on a very expensive future job.
