I had just sent out a request for the roof repair on the Internet and Shane was one of the first to respond. I checked out his reviews online and found 33 5-star reviews for his business. We set a date once the snow melted off my roof. He arrived promptly at 9:15 AM and immediately got to work. Within an hour everything was done.
