"Dustin and CCC did wonderful work creating a new bathroom and remodeling a bedroom for our house. What was most positive was Dustin’s energetic interest in the project, dedication to seeing the project through to make it come out with high quality, and persistently spirited good will. There were two aspects that didn’t work quite optimally: (1) The crew took much longer to finish than they promised (the original time was “1-month +” but over two months passed and there were still lingering issues---see below.) If you hire them, I recommend having it written into the contract exactly when it will start and end, including a specification of what the consequences will be if the job isn’t done on time. (2) They didn’t know what to do with our laminated wood floors. They needed to put down protection for the dining room floor which was damaged by the construction traffic, and they had trouble patching and refinishing the floor in the bedroom after removing a wall. When I asked Dustin to address (2), to his credit he was ready to bring in a floor refinishing specialist to fix the issues at a very favorable price to us. At that point, unfortunately, we couldn’t afford the interruption it would cause to have this repair done at that moment. In response, Dustin gave us a discount so we can address these issues with a profession flooring company in the future when we’ll have a good opportunity to vacate the house for this purpose. I recommend that if you need wood floor work done, you make sure there is an agreement in the contract to have somebody with wood floor expertise address that part. In all, Dustin was generous and willing to try to work with us when there were issues. I know that his company has also been generous about helping people who were in need in the past. This is a quality that I particularly admire in a company, so we still feel very positive toward CCC, but I have identified the issues we had in hopes that they won’t be issues for other clients in the future."

He was prompt and professional. Our first conversation was Sunday evening and he and four other employees were ripping out my bathroom completely on Wednesday morning. They showed up at 8:00 sharp every morning and worked till 4:00 each day. We had some extra issues in the 65-year-old house that Usin handled professionally with complete communication. Once project started, all lies and delays lasting years of our lives with constant angst and headaches. Bathroom was never able to be finished, Paul would run out of money and for something that should?ve taken 3 months lasted over 2 years. I am still dealing with paying other companies to fix problems as Paul and his crew are unable to fix mistakes. They will come in and cause new problems. "
