They still had the beautiful "feel" they had originally - the "green" cleaning product clearly did not have an adverse effect on the fabric. "The cost was part of the insurance settlement on the move. Their responsiveness took a while. They repaired the couch that you would not know that there was any damage at all. There was only one worker and it was the owner. He was good. He was fine."

After calling them, a technician scheduled an appointment to come evaluate my job the next day and i was given a quote and the following day the sleeper sofa was completely repaired.
