"She told me detailing and organizing was what she specialized in and she wasn't kidding. It was obvious how spaces and surfaces that normally don't get hit by routine cleaning had definitely had things build up over time. Spaces (like the bathroom) that had become unorganized over time were pulled back together and in order. Very grateful for her help getting the house pulled together."

House Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Services typically take 1-2 hours, depending on the stove’s condition and accessibility.

Most housekeepers are happy to tailor their cleaning checklist to fit your needs. Discuss your priorities and any special requests before the first visit. Be specific about areas of focus or spaces to avoid. Clear communication ensures your home is cleaned exactly as you like, maximizing the value of your investment.

Professional cleaning offers deeper sanitization, reaches grout inaccessible by home tools, and restores tiles without causing damage. Technicians have expertise and equipment that ensures long-lasting cleanliness and improved aesthetics.

Attics are particularly dusty because dirt and pollen enter through cracks in your insulation and then sit untouched for long periods of time. To control dust in your home, it's important to vacuum and wipe down attic surfaces whenever you clean. If you use your attic as a finished living space, consider adding an air purifier or speaking with a roofing contractor about possible openings in the top of your home.

If you’re unsatisfied with the cleaning, address your concerns directly and promptly with your housekeeper or the company. Many professionals offer satisfaction guarantees or will return to address missed areas at no extra charge. Document specific issues and clarify your expectations for future visits to ensure better results and avoid ongoing frustration.
