"Victor and Cesar arrived on time and cleaned a carpeted staircase that was really dirty after years of use. They explained the process and promptly started to work. After it was done, the carpet looks brand new and even feels softer. They also applied scotch guard to help protect the carpet and steam cleaned the tile floor at the staircase landing, at no additional cost. We were very pleased with the work.

"The tile grout had become extremely dark over the years and while I had had the floors professionally cleaned before, they still looked very grungy. Sir Grout did a great job of cleaning the tiles and the grout and applying a colored sealant that was slightly different from the original, but more attractive. The floors look like new and are holding up very well. The granite counters and island in the kitchen was also cleaned, polished and sealed and looks very good."

"They are a husband & wife team who arrived promptly. They were very pleasant & assured me they could get my stains out. I have a white carpet bought 3 weeks ago & spilled coffee on it. Tried to clean it myself & made it worse. I was thinking there was no way anyone would get these stains out, I'd probably have to buy a new carpet. Low & behold it's just like the day I got it.
