This was my second positive experience with the Bria Plumbing crew. I requested a check up on all my plumbing and the replacement of a kitchen faucet. Scott got back to me right away and Wally showed up and finished the work. Very quickly.

Great. Scott was my point person for setting up the appointment, and Wally did the on-site work. The guys showed up on time, recognized the problem immediately, had all the required materials, and fixed it pronto. It took no more than 30 minutes and Wally gave me a lesson on what to do in the future to avoid another rupture.

Scott came out and initially replaced the stems in my shower / tub to stop a leak. The leak returned about 6 mo's later and Scott came out and made the additional repair at no charge. Bria gets an A for standing behind the services and work they do!

Scott was able to find the problem within a matter of minutes - it was a common thing that happens to furnaces. He had the new part with him and in no time the furnace was back to heating up the house. He stayed there to make sure that the heat was coming up properly and gave the furnace an overall check. And an added bonus was the reasonable price - he could have charged me an exorbitant amount since this was truly an emergency. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Scott and Bria. In this case, he was a lifesaver! I would highly recommend them for any heating and plumbing needs and will definitely be calling them again in the future.

Called Bria on a Sunday and received a call back with an hour. Scheduled a appointment and they showed up in the time frame given. Kevin and his apprentice were very helpful Kevin explained the problem and corrected the problem. They were courteous and were able to explain options for replacing the existing water heater. Would definitely do business with them again.

Scott and Kevin were Very nice! They were running a few minutes late but they took 30 min to do the job and left my bathroom cleaner than it originally was!

Was very courteous and calm.   I was a nervous wreck as it was pretty bad.   It was as if I had a geyser coming out of my garage wall.  Anyway, he was calm and reassuring and was very clear about what needed to be done.   He also suggested a small improvement.    Excellent service.  Will certainly use Bria again.

Scott is easy and consistent to reach over the phone. He came to my house to go over all the areas where we had leaks, on a Friday. He started the work on Monday, came back Tuesday and came back again at the end of that week to fix something that was still leaking. I called him again the next week to install the new bathroom fixtures and he fit it into his schedule. I am very happy with the work. Bria charged exactly what my house inspector said it should cost, so very fair as well. Good, reliable plumbers are hard to come by and I'm happy I found Bria for my first house.

These guys are fantastic. They were friendly, responsive, did quality work, left the work area clean, and were punctual.  We have a toilet that was broken and it was a few days before Thanksgiving.  We were having over 20 people for the holiday, and this was the last thing we needed.  I called them on a Monday and they were at the house on Tuesday morning, exactly when they said they would be there.  They did need to leave my home to get a part, but came right back and finished the job.  While they were there, I remembered that I had a sink drain that I could not get unclogged no matter what i did.  They fixed that, as well.  They also fixed the drain stopper thing (the sucker you pull up to make the water stay in the sink), which did not work properly. I didn't even mention that to them, but they did it anyway.  Great company and I am thrilled that I now have a plumber I can count on who will get to the house and do a good job, at a fair price.  Very happy customer.
