I gave him a B for punctuality, because he missed our first appointment--but I will give him a pass because it was scheduled shortly after Hurricane Sandy, and I understand everyone's schedules were a little crazy (mine included). However, Glen apologized profusely for the error and fit us into the schedule for the very next day, and arrived promptly at the appointed time. He performed a free inspection, confirmed our suspected evidence of termites, and spent considerable time explaining our treatment options, including the level of safety for our pets and our two-year-old, which we were very concerned about. He even gave us some tips about other kinds of pest control (including spiders, which are abundant in our new house). His advice was very helpful. We have not yet made a treatment decision, but would consider using Glen's services in the future.

Outside I had an infestation of a very difficult to kill insect that had started to encroach inside as the population exploded.. Alpha came out and treated the property inside and out. They guaranteed their work and told me they would be back in two weeks at no additional charge. They were at the house a total of 3 times to make sure the job was done right.
