"Bruce and Bill of Williams and Associates Mechanical Contracting recently removed and replaced my 18 year old oil fired boiler and added an indirect fired water heater. I had been saving for this project for over a year and had been geeking out in my avid research (Thanks Internet!) of products available, reviews and costs, as well as the reputation and reliability of local heating and plumbing contractors. I knew what I wanted, I just needed to stay within my budget and find a contractor I could trust. "I had Michael LeBlanc come over to see if my water heater was serviceable. Unfortunately, it had to be replaced. I was very happy with the quick response time and him scheduling in the replacement service right away. I now have hot water again, and recommend MTL based on this experience."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"These guys were great! We got turned down by two large companies because our dryer vent was almost at the peak of our roof on the second floor, but these guys took it on. They came out the same day we spoke with them to take a look and draw up a quote and then came back the following day to do the cleaning on our dryer vent and put in a new vent on the house. The previous owners had on the wrong cover which caused most of our issues to begin with. I would recommend them to anyone we know. They were professional and explained out everything."
