He restored it to a practically new finish. I was beyond happy with the results. I am so happy with the results of all of it and only wished I would have called them sooner. Scheduling was quick and easy. Professionalism was top notch. "My review is mixed. I had brick floors refinished. Although the team was very responsive to the issues that arose, and there were many, the floor looks worse than the original. The biggest problem was the information provided upfront. I was told they would strip everything and apply new and the floor would look great. The finish is nothing like originally described and there are many bricks that are discolored. There are many areas where the old finish was not stripped and it is smoother and shinier than other areas. There are areas that have circular patterns where the machine could not remove old finish. Like I said mixed review because they did do everything they knew how to fix the floor but it was beyond them."
