Jeremy was transparent about the daily work. He sent us pictures of the progress made and of the structural issues that were uncovered. Although we would have wished wood rot, roof leakage, water damage and termite damage did not exist, they did. Because Jeremy provided the daily updates, he was able to share why the improvements were needed and important. He always answered my questions clearly and concisely. The SHP billing approach was clear so there were never any surprises. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonably the project ended up costing. Observing Jeremy and the SHP teamwork was amazing. I have never seen such a talented, dedicated, caring, and creating team. They worked with amazing efficiency and effectiveness. I can attest, based on other projects we have taken on, this project would have taken much longer than the five short weeks (including Christmas and below freezing temperatures) this took. The quality of their work was remarkable and the pride in their workmanship was always evident. The extra touches he included in the project and the counsel he provided gave us 100% confidence that he would do what was right and that he, and SHP, would go above and beyond. The house is beautiful, and Jeremy and SHP will always hold a place in our hearts. They are an absolute gift, and they are now considered part of our family. I did not know Jeremy before this project, but I now count him as a friend. Going forward, we will call Jeremy and SHP first and we will know that he will care for us and for our house as if it was his own."

"Fantastic company, highly recommended! I had a garage in an 80+ year old home turned into a finished game room / home gym, including sliding glass door and closet for storage. Highly competent from the framing down to the last details of trim work, it was all very well executed. There were a number of utilities in the space requiring access post remodel. The design was well thought out and aesthetically pleasing to the point they look like design features! The rest blends seamlessly into the space. The sliding glass door that replaced the garage door looks like it was there from the beginning, and the exterior trim blends perfectly with the house, with the added benefit of being waterproof. The communication was great all the way through the project, from start to finish. I would absolutely use them for any future remodel!"
