If necessary I will hire subcontractors especially if there is plumbing or electrical work done as I am not licensed in those areas.

We had to involve a lawyer to sever the relationship. We hired another contractor and learned that a lot of the work was substandard. Do research on how many times he has been sued for similar before you consider hiring him."
