"I called to make an appointment on Wednesday and got the time I needed on that same Friday.  Kevin showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about basements.  I am going to be finishing my basement in the future and wanted to get it looked at beforehand.  Kevin did not try to sell me on anything and appeared very honest ( I feel that I can read people well and I felt comfortable with Kevin ).  He made a few recommendations about fixing one of my basement walls that I knew was my problem area and made a suggestion about my concrete floor in my basement if I am going to carpet it in the future.  All in all the inspection went well and I would highly recommend them based on how it went today.

"To be fair, Stan said the job could not be finished in 8 man-hours due to multiple coats of spackle required. They would need to come out at least 3 times. What he didn't mention was that each time he would send out 2 guys, regardless of what was left to do. So, the second and third times they came out, it really only needed to be one person. The other guy could catch up on Candy Crush while the main guy sanded the first coat and applied the second coat. What I thought might end up being a 16-hour job turned into a 32-hour job. The low score on professionalism is because my newly refinished floor in there now looks like it was done 15 years ago because every time they put down their saws they left scratches and teeth marks in the floor. My wife wanted to kill me for hiring these guys. After all that, I still need to sand the 3rd coat before I can paint the ceiling. The ceiling itself was fine - they did a decent job replacing the drywall. But the other issues made the overall level of satisfaction quite low."
