68 This June, as in past years, John's very efficient team opened our pool - adding the necessary chemicals and starting up the pump and filters. In past years, the same people have replaced return lines and skimmer; repaired de-laminating liner; reinforced walls with concrete, etc.
Did not follow instructions on the height of the stone wall. Wall was poorly constructed. Left so very many holes between rocks with no cement. Did not take away the debris from the previous wall as per our initial request, but broke up the previous wall cinder blocks and used the broken...

The process continues with numerous meetings to further refine these ideas and concepts until we reach a point when we say, "Hey, that's it!" "That's what I've always dreamed of." Then my task is to create the necessary documents to ensure that you end up with a code-compliant, strong, technically sound structure which will enrich your life for many years.
