This June, as in past years, John's very efficient team opened our pool - adding the necessary chemicals and starting up the pump and filters. In past years, the same people have replaced return lines and skimmer; repaired de-laminating liner; reinforced walls with concrete, etc.

The Pool Shack only came 1 time originally to check the pool.  We were waiting for him to come and do the second inspection but he never did.  We finally got him out again about a year later, and it was clear that there was a leak in the pool.  He was not able to find a leak at all, and informed us that he did not think there was one.  At that point, no other work was done, and he left. It feels as though we have not gotten $900 worth of work, as he was never able to do much for our pool.  At this time, we will not pay him any more, or have him out to work on our pool again.  Due to the experiences that I have had, I would not recommend the Pool Shack to anyone looking for any type of pool repair or maintenance.
