Three people showed up to clean over 3 1/2 hours. They finished up a little earlier than expected, and everything looked good without too close an inspection. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help!
