The repair had to both toilets becsuse i don't have pipe to acess the msin drain downstairs-anyway he did both toilets, but think he should have done the one downstairs first. He discovered the toilet downstairs did not have a wax ring, i don't know why he didn't offer to fix that after removing from the base. I guess i expectef more for almost $900"
