"The service was excellent, however I was disappointed to find out that they did not use a camera roto rooter. We found that the sewer clean out had been broken and it was believed that the sewer pipe had filled with debris. After being quoted $800 - $2000 to come back and fix our problem, we decided to excavate the area ourselves and discovered the problem was ice. A camera would have seen this. We wound up using a local provider who was much cheaper.

"They do not cover my new units now. I found them to be difficult to work with. They sent somebody out to repair it, which we were told the compressor was gone so they couldn't repair it. But, the person they sent out didn't want to speak to a woman, he wanted to speak to my husband. They were just kind of curt. They kept trying to give me an unit that was not big enough for my house. It's 3600 square feet and we knew what was best for the house. I don't know what they were trying to sell me. I have no idea. My husband said, "No, we don't want this." So they did what they call a, "buy out" For one unit we got $600 and the other one we got $500 and the units were not even 10 years old. I paid $75 twice because when the first unit went out they sent somebody, the second unit went out they sent somebody out again."
