Countryside did not charge a separate service fee like the other plumber that came out. . Plus they were very prompt and came out to evaluate the job the next day. They put us on the schedule... just a couple of days. It's Holiday time and they still accommodated us. Then a snow storm hit...
Tuesday night (same day as the estimate ) we had a 50-60 mile/hour wind storm that blew the tree down into the fence and neighbor's yard. I called Javier to ask him to come the next day to take care of it. He did! Excellent job and clean up.

"The project started well, but on the final day, the contractors unexpectedly claimed they made a mistake and demanded an additional $8000, threatening legal action if not paid. I verified Colorado law, which states they had six months to place a lien on our property, requiring notification within three days of doing so, and by registered mail after the lien was placed. We took no action, avoiding reviews or contact. They have since blocked us from their website and emails. Ultimately, they never placed a lien, and the six-month period has passed. Now that everything is resolved, I want to leave a review. While I am satisfied with the project's outcome, I am unhappy with their conduct, including the legal threats and the last-minute demand for more money. His wife, not him, conducted the final walkthrough and provided the warranty and a statement confirming full payment. He even verbally admitted to putting our project on the "back burner" when I questioned the delay."
