Integrous did an excellent job of scheduling and managing the subs and its own teams, particularly during a period where hundreds of houses had the same types of damage. We were very happy with all of the work and with the behavior and professionalism of personnel from Integrous and it's subcontractors. Innovative PaintingTowards the end of 2020 I bid out our paint project to four paint contractors with plans to commence the Scope of work sometime between Spring to Summer of 2021. One Contractor failed to respond and another Contractor provided a bid remotely. The remaining two contractors scheduled a date/time with me to job walk our exterior paint project. Comparing apples to apples: Questions: Recommended type and quality of paint, Project schedule, man power experience, Labor/material warranty and finally cost. Based on the job walk, submitted bid proposal we selected Innovative Painters. The team leader was Arooso overseeing three other painters. Work commenced on Wednesday 5 May 2021 and completed on Thursday 6 May 2021. At the completion of the project a job walk addressing "Punchlist" items was completed. All items completed to my satisfaction. Our home is a two story ranch style home. Incredible paint contractor and after two of my neighbors have seen the completed work on our home they have already schedule a date/time to obtain a bid proposal for their paint project.- Ron T.

I can’t say how impressed I was with Masterpiece. They replaced my roof last summer and it still looks brand new! My roof needed replacing, and as usual, my insurance denied payment for my roof. Thank goodness Rex and his team were amazing advocates for me against my insurance company. Not only did my roof get replaced, I got new gutters, siding, painting and a few new screens. I only had to pay my deductible. I’m about ready to put my house on the market within the next year and had I not had my roof replaced, I’d be paying around $35,000 out of pocket for a new roof. I can’t thank Masterpiece Roofing enough!!!

Vivax came through despite COVID-19 and poor weather! Anna Johnson was a fledgling foreman, but kept in close contact with Jesus (the painter, not the carpenter) & her boss to get everything perfect. They even "cut-in" the trim around the gutters on both sides, which is a lot of extra work! Anna was very thorough with the final inspection, and when I found a minor touch-up needed she sent Jesus back out just 2 days later to take care of it even though it was super minor. Did I mention they rushed out to start & finish my job just before the weather set in to meet my timeline? Simply awesome. The real gem here was Jacob Greiner, the original salesman / estimator. Jacob stuck with me and worked with my insurance company over 4 months to get the full house paid! Other paint pros weren't even willing to come out to quote a partial job, which is all the insurance was authorizing initially. Vivax's warranty sounds great too; more of a maintenance plan for the life of the warranty than a simple one-time defect correction. Of course we'll see in the long run how that all plays out, but a transferable warranty is very handy. Thanks again Vivax!
