Nick took on a project with me that was bigger than either of us could have known. I am not in the area and he made a lot of effort to stay in communication with me and send pictures to keep me in the loop. His work was of great quality and when given the opportunity to be creative and artistic with his work, he showed up with really nice results. I would also say his pricing was always up front and fair. Trust has been a huge part of this partnership and Nick is very trustworthy.

We never got to building the garage. We started with a small project of adding an egress window in the basement. This escalated into a huge project because of county permitting issues and foundation issues. Nick helped me through all the steps to get the permit resolved, the required energy rating upgrades for my home, and also advised me during the variance request for the garage. I worked with Nick for 6 months on this process and he was the calm, level-headed one in the relationship. I hope to build this garage in the future after I resupply my savings account and then go through yet another lengthy process with the county.

Nicholas Falbo of Artisan DESIGN AN BUILD came to my aid post flood not only were the damages repaired but he left I was in better shape then pre flood . I hired Nick to build a handicapped accessible apartment for my parents out of a couple of garages. The apartment turned out beautiful and functional. Nick handled the subcontractors fine ( electric and plumbing_) and the whole project was finished on time and within budget.

Conscience, and talented. I own many properties and we've been acquaintances, for many years. I myself own, a 1870 Victorian Home in Manitou Springs, CO and I was a Chairman of the Restoration Committee; Nicholas now has " this " home restored back to its beauty with original trim and original ceilings. I'd rate him at the top of the scale !
