"Oh my God so great their not cheap but like my mom always said you get what you pay for you usually and we had a predicament were we had a slider patio door and it was unusually was it was not traditional sized so we couldn't go to Lowe's or Home Depot and get a replacement door for it, the builders built these houses I don't know where they get their drawings from but they made it be an odd size door and so we had to get like a customer size new slider put in and the best part is they have a built in dog door and we had a rat wilder puppy at the time that was supposed to be my son's dog that was only here for three weeks that was a year an half ago we had to guess what size he might grow to and we just went with the very biggest door and so it took some like emotional hand holding because we weren't sure and it was a lot of money and I wish I can remember the name of the salesman that came out to the house and he spent a lot of time with us and he was right about it the old glass let the key in through that bounce off the concrete patio and it just baked that dinning area and that kitchen area and he said he's really honest he didn't say it will keep it warmer in the winter he only said in the summer it's gonna keep it cooler and he was right so like we were happy to get the size door we got the size doggy door which is ginormous for this huge dog that we have now and the salesman he was so personable and such a sincere guy and I would tell any body if you can afford the Champion window then go with them."

"To be clear on what I am being asked to rate .... Choice is asking me to rate the repair service man that showed up to repair - NOT their warranty service itself. These are two different things. I rate the repair man - high. The warranty company itself - ONE STAR. See they advertise this great warrantee .... but when you go to use it ..... in all the fine print .... they write themselves out of responsibility to take care of your problem so BE CAUTIOUS when choosing to purchase this warranty. I have had this warranty for two years ... never needed it. Then my microwave goes on the blink. Took three weeks to get a repair man to my house and a resolution which ended in basically a non- resolution. They opted to replace vs. repair .... somehow figured my microwave was 10 years old - which is a joke and in the wind gave me $191 to replace it - and this is after I paid the $65 service fee. This is for replacement and installation. See in item #9 of the contract it states they ARE responsible for ALL components (excepts handles, door glass, etc). BUT ... then in #16 it states they do not have to repair ... they can opt to offer replacement costs (THEIR supposed costs - which is NOT retail) so for my $319 microwave +$110 installation it is costing me to replace - They OPTED to give me $$191 minus my $65 service fee ..... which ends up being $123. This is a bunch of ********. They know it and I know it. SO .... if this is how they do on a microwave .... I can ONLY imaging what they will do on something big. So ..... I have zero confidence in this company at this point and as soon as this claim settles out - I receive my whopping $191 ... I plan to cancel this warranty and go with another home warranty company. Maybe they will appreciate my business because this one sure did not. They proved that on this small claim. I do t trust them to risk it if there happened to be a larger claim. Horrible is all I can say."
