They had an emergency and had to reschedule. They let us know right away, got us in a couple of days later, and gave us a discount. They did a great job getting our swamp cooler going for the summer (we're getting too old to climb up on the roof and do it ourselves.) They also did a great job getting the swamp cooler going at our daughter's house.

Used Vertical to install A/C in Duplex 875sq ft. Job was straight forward. Aaron and team are super professional - even used shoe covering to keep from tracking dirt throughout. Pricing was more than fair. Duplex is ready for new tenants who will enjoy this property!

As a first time home buyer I had no idea what kind of issues I would be getting myself into. Within the first 4 months my furnace (15 years old) died. I got a few quotes from companies on home advisor and was particularly impressed with Aaron. His attention to detail as well as service is one of the best I have seen. While replacing my furnace he also identified a leak with one of the pipes to the AC. He fixed the issue and reinsulated the pipes flawlessly. Lastly, before leaving he helped me to install a new google nest thermostat. I definitely recommend Vertical Heating and Cooling.

Aaron took the time to explain his company and the possible install over the phone before meeting with me. The time he took to explain the process and pricing before the free in-home quote was unlike the other companies and really stood out to me.

Aaron was a hero for us! He was very responsive (same day), very thorough in diagnosing the issue we had with our non-working AC system, and extremely knowledgable about what we needed to do to get AC back in the house. We ended up needing a new AC unit and Aaron went over a number of options with us, was very transparent and only wanted to do what was best for our needs. Seriously, when trying to find someone you can trust in a situation where you are faced with the unexpected costs of replacing your AC in the middle of the hot summer - Aaron is that someone! If you don't already 'know a guy', then you don't need to look any farther. Aaron is the right man for the job! He is extremely fair, honest, reliable and will do the work right - the first time. He stands behind his work and it shows in everything he does and says. High quality work,delivered fast at a good price

We received 5 quotes because an furnace and AC were really big ticket items for us, but the owner of this company took the time to explain every step and all the details of the work. Other contractors did not take the time to have a detailed discussion and even implied that we were not expert enough to understand the details. They were very quick to tell us what they thought we needed. There were 3 bids that were substantially lower so we were very nervous and second guessed our decision. They restored our faith in contractors as they went the extra mile to make sure that everything was the best quality and really thought about what they were doing and what the best solution(s) might be. They took our lifestyle into consideration and did not treat us as if we would not understand the process or care about the details. On this rare occasion we felt that we got the best for us and every penny was worth. We look forward to have this company service the HVAC that they installed for us. In additoin they took care of a few odd repairs that were needed at a very reasonable rate. We only wish we could find other trades for landscaping, remodeling, etc. like Vertical was for HVAC.

I needed someone to service my HVAC system to include the furnace and AC. Aaron was on time, very informative and seems to have done great work. Aaron was super friendly and professional from the beginning. He showed up at the appointment on time. He took the time to figure out what would work best for us and did the work to keep the price reasonable. We will be installing our AC sometime next month and we will be using Aaron for any future HVAC work.
