Door is 35 years old. Tech arrived early, did a thorough inspection of the door and explained everything he thought should be done. Ended up with a reconditioned door that runs like new. Cost a bit more than I had hoped, but well worth the extra. 5 year parts warranty, 30 days labor. Couldn't be happier!

Scheduling was easy, they came right on time at the start of the appt window. Service was straightforward and fast. I live in a townhome complex downtown with a tight shared driveway and the tech was flexible and able to work with that no problem. Would happily use these folks again in the future.
