We had them replace a basement shower stall that was moldy and unusable. A lot more work went in than previously expected, but they stayed until the job was complete. We never knew there was so much that goes into a window and itâ s install and she gave us all her knowledge. We werenâ t sure if we wanted new windows yet but she made us feel so much better about getting them sooner. She has honestly been such an awesome person to talk to and spend 5 hours with! As part of the kitchen remodel we also included the master bathroom and guest bathroom. One exceptional thing he was able to do was to keep everything functional as the work was going on. The cabinet manufacturer miss shipped some items that caused some delays. None of that was his fault however his resourcefulness made that delay a non issue."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
