"I had a difficult exterior leak in stucco that was quite small. Rather than a sump pump they sealed the outside wall. But they left a gap at the top of the impermeable material that they adhered to the wall. This had to be repaired. Still not entirely convinced that it will adhere due to the rough surface of the stucco. There is only a one year warrantee on an exterior patch like this whereas an internal fix is much longer. Was expensive for the amount of time actually expended."

The guy totally botched the job, so I called First Class Stucco and he came out and took a look at it. Since I work in general construction, I have a fairly good idea of what the process is but he explained it to me very clearly and was very patient with me while I asked questions to learn the process. He and his crew showed up on time, every time he said he would, and I thought his price was quite reasonable. I was on a bit of a time crunch with guests coming the following week so he stayed late each night to get things completed.
