I would hire Shelly again in a minute. I found her easy to work with, honest, knowledgeable and professional. The crew was that way also. They were very attentive to detail (e.g. trimming landscape fabric so it doesn't show anywhere) and went to lengths to preserve our 40 year old maple and all its roots in the middle of the project!

We had work done about one year ago to regrade and install river rock on the slope at the back of our house. Unfortunately, we discovered this spring that the Timberline crew had buried a sprinkler head under the rock (this caused water damage to our cement steps that now have to be replaced). Furthermore the sprinkler box that they moved did not have enough clearance between the lid and the electrical components underneath which caused the electrical components to fail and need to be replaced. Between the steps and replacing the components of the box, we are looking at thousands of dollars of repair. Not recommended.

Judy the owner, was very prompt in returning my calls, was on time to meet with me about the project, and was very personable and professional. Her work crew was also very prompt and efficient. It took about 5 hours to replace the retaining wall, dig up some turf and add a load of garden soil. Overall I was very pleased with the work, the service, and the price.

The crew was very professional, all work was completed on time and was done with great care! The backyard looks amazing! They even called a week later to see how everything was going!

Judy was a pleasure to work with in designing the new driveway divider and planter beds. I knew generally the look I was going for but Judy was able to refine and improve upon my ideas. Miguel and the crew arrived punctually and worked quickly to remove the old landscaping and install the rock, granite and edging. The result was everything I had hoped for.

They did a fantastic job. It would have taken me weeks to do this by myself working evenings and weekends, and they send enough people to get it done in 1 day! Plus, it looks so much better than I would have made it look. Price was VERY reasonable.

She was great to work with from first contact.  Over 20 years we'd tried grass,  gravel, brick pavers in various parts of the backyard but none had come together to create a sense of place. Shelly walked the area and listened to me describe my picture for creating a serene place in the middle of this suburban neighborhood.  She was very good at asking clarifying questions and offering suggestions.  Her crew had a very busy summer so we had to wait about 2 months for the work to be done but when they got there it was amazing.  It seemed her crew had half of the backyard pulled out even while I talked with her for a last minute confirmation of things.We used a gray crusher fine to create flow from one side of the yard, around the other side of house and then into the front yard.  The path pulls together the various areas of interest - raised vegetable garden, shed, deck, and fire pit. A curved retaining wall and a few well placed flagstones make the shed appear to be a part of the landscape rather than just being set down in a corner. We had a small 3 tier rock garden already built.  They built in a small rock, very natural looking water fall over the tiers into rock pit abutted to the gray crusher stones.  Shelly was very easy to work with and shared the same goal with us - for the job to be done right.  We highly recommend Timberline.

It all turned out very well. We are very happy with it. Shelley had some really good suggestions about the design that they did for the big rock border. She was very clear about what they could do. They came on time and they got the work done quickly. It looks great and we are pretty happy with it. They actually got everything done sooner than we thought they might be able to.

Shelly, the owner of Timberline Landscaping, is one of those few people who actually cares about her customers.  We especially fell in love with her dedication to her work.  Shelly comes with her crew and not only oversees the actual project, but gets down in the dirt and works her tail off making the landscape perfect, but more importantly, satisfying her customers to the 100th degree!!  Every now and then, I have a question about sprinklers or mulch, or how to trim the grasses in the front landscape, and Shelly is just a phone call away. Shelly always answers my questions over the phone.  Even when Shelly isn't available, she is one of those rare business owners who returns your phone calls.  I would gladly recommend Shelly to my friends and neighbors.  Actually, my neighbor directly North of me was so pleased with my landscaping, that they too hired Timberline Landscaping to redesign their front yard.  We both get to look at each other's beautiful yards every day.  Thank you Shelly for all your hard work - we love what you've done for us!!

They have a wide selection of good hearty plants and the manager is very knowledgeable. Their prices are about average and they have good value for the money.

VERY HELPFUL AS WE LIVE IN A CLIMATE THAT IS HARD WITH WATER AND SPECIFICALLY WITH ANIMALS. THEY WERE GREAT AND GUARANTEED ALL THE PLANTS 100%. 100% ARE STILL LIVING.
