Russel and I exchanged text and photos, and he came to the house to confirm his understanding of the scope of the work. I was on their schedule a week later, and the drywaller arrived a few minutes early. He installed furniture and carpet protection from the job site all the way to the door to ensure that he kept the hours clean. His demolition was fast and he let me inspect the are in the cavity before install the patch so I could quickly check for other plumbing issues. His patch work and texturing were also quick and tidy, and the match to the surrounding/untouched ceiling looks pretty good. Over all, I am very happy with PatchMaster and will use them again for drywall needs. Their price was fair as compared to several other quotes I received. You can’t even tell there was a hole there. Joe took the time to explain everything to me of what our issue was and how he fixed it. He was on time, explained how long the job will take, and very thorough. Very professional work. My husband and I will definitely use Cransten again for our house projects in the future. "Steve and his son Brad were EVERYTHING and MORE for what we were looking for to help with our remodel. They worked tirelessly on our project to help complete it. They first removed the popcorn ceilings when we found out there was NO ASBESTOS in it YAY...and then they re-textured the ceilings throughout and applied an orange peel to the walls so everything looks new and fresh! Lastly, they painted the entire house! Ceilings, walls, interior doors, base and case! You will NOT be disappointed with this crew...or find anyone that is as hard working as these guys!
