"If it was possible to give them a 6 rating on a five scale I would do so. We had a new bathtub installed and had the walls tiled. The contractor we hired did a very poor job. We then contacted Adam at AM9. He came out the next day, gave us a bid and fortuitously was able to start the project a couple days later and completed the project in two days (i.e., a tear-out and replacement of the wall and re-install tile). The finished project is beautiful and Adam was very professional (both in workmanship and demeanor) and easy to work with."

One of the first things he told me was "we aren't the most expensive, but we aren't the cheapest either," which I appreciated. I don't want the cheapest anyways and they are far from it.
