"Hello Anna. As you know, we have been going back and forth for a bit trying, unsuccessfully, to come up with a resolution for both parties. As we have outlined, our Inspectors are there at a point in time. The leak simply did not exist when our inspector was there and we have no control over when systems fail, as, as you mentioned, your pipes are very old. We want all of our customers to have a 5-star experience and wish we could have come to a resolution that would satisfy you. We wish you the best in your new home."
